Get ready for your project review

Hi, I’m Wade Motawi — The Shoe Dog. If you’re working on a new footwear project, you probably already know there are a lot of moving parts, from design and materials to factories, costing, fit, and production. Don’t worry if you don’t have everything figured out yet — that’s what this review is for. Before we meet, take a few minutes to gather whatever project information you have and think about the biggest questions or problems you want to solve. The better I understand where your project stands today, the more we can accomplish together during our session.

  • Current sample photos
  • Factory quotation
  • Current development problems

Most Important Question

Before the meeting, complete this sentence:

“The most important thing I need help with right now is ______________________________.”

This helps us focus the review on the issues that will have the greatest impact on your project.

Remember

Your project does not need to be perfect or production-ready before the meeting.

The purpose of the Footwear Project Review is to identify what is working, what may be missing, where the risks are, and what you should do next.

Come prepared with your project. Leave with a clearer plan.
