Where do I find the courses that I purchased?
All purchased courses and downloads are kept in your My Account Dashboard. Login to My Account in the top right corner of the website. All your purchases are organized and kept for you to refer back to any time.

How do I access my course?
Look for the Yellow “Start My Course” button on your purchase confirmation email or head to My Account in the top right corner of the website.

When does my course access begin and end?Your access starts immediately after purchase and is valid for two years from purchase date. 

How long are the shoemaking courses?
Course time varies. The entry-level courses tend to be 1-2 hours, and the more advanced courses are 3-4 hours. You can complete them at your own pace and schedule. 

How do I get my Certificate of Completion?
All courses include a Certificate of Completion that you personalize with your name. Once you have completed all of the lessons in a course, you will see the prompt to get your Certificate. Congratulations!

How can I get private coaching with Wade, “The Shoe Dog?”

Yes, please let us know how many seats you need and we can help to set you up with an All Access Business account.

If I purchase the All Access Pass are the upcoming courses included?
Yes! You will have the upcoming courses in your account the moment they are available. The cost is included in the original purchase. 

I finished two courses already. Now I’d like to take more of them. Can I apply the cost of my previously purchased courses towards the All Access Pass? 
Yes, at this time we are happy to help you to step up your account and become an All Access VIP. The cost of your previously purchased courses can be subtracted from the cost of the All Access Pass. Email us for help.

Do I need to attend the online course at a specific date and time?
No, once you purchase an online course you can start anytime that is convenient for you. You can use any computer. With on-demand learning you can proceed at your own pace. You can replay lessons as many times as you like and in any order you like.

Where is the textbook that comes with the shoemaking course I purchased?
You will find the link to the eBook in your Purchase Confirmation, and you can always refer back to My Account where you can log in and scroll down to find the download link when you are ready to start reading.

Where can I buy the Shoemakers Academy (previously SneakerFactory) books?
Here is a link to our bookstore where you can purchase textbooks (softcover and PDF Ebook). We ship textbooks all around the world. Books have recently been sent to Vietnam, Israel, South Africa, South Korea, and many other countries. You can also purchase online through Amazon, Pothi, Barnes & Nobles, Etsy, and eBay. If you need more help, please send us your address, and we will help to get your books to you efficiently.

How do I get my ebook downloads?
Your download link will be emailed immediately after payment on your Purchase Confirmation page. Once you download your eBooks, you can save them on your computer for future use. They will be kept for you in My Account on ShoemakersAcademy.com (All books and files are Copywrite protected.)

What size are the printed books?
Large! All books are 8.5 x 11 inches and approximately 1 inch thick. All have full-color covers and hundreds of colorful photos. They look nice on your desk or your coffee table. And they make a perfect gift for sons, daughters, moms, dads and any friend that’s into shoes.  

Does the Start-Up Pro Pack Bundle come with downloads and paper books?
Yes, the Pro Pack Bundle contains four eBooks (instant download) and four printed textbooks, which will be mailed to you. All additional materials are also delivered by instant download, plus you will receive a real factory blueprint and cut paper pattern via mail. This is the complete course, the best value, and contains materials not available anywhere else.

Can I download and read the books and materials on my iPhone?
Yes, you can, but we suggest you use a tablet, laptop, or desktop for the best experience.

What file format are the Ebooks?
The ebooks are PDF files compatible with PC, Windows, and Apple computers, tablets, and phones.

What if I have trouble with my eBook downloads and materials?

On the rare occasion that you have an issue with your download, don’t worry; we will do our best to get you your product promptly. We can quickly refresh your link or send you a new link.

How are textbooks shipped?
Softcover textbooks are packed in a secure cardboard mailer and sent out via USPS Media Mail in the USA. In other countries, your book order will be securely shipped from a printing location overseas, and tracking information will be available.

How long will it take to get my softcover books and shoemaking materials?
USA orders ship out right away, and the majority arrive within a week via USPS. International orders ship from locations around the world and may take longer to arrive, depending on your country.

What if I don’t like the book or materials?
Well, it has happened… If you don’t like the book, course or materials, let us know, and in most cases, we will issue a full refund. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. We will also take back unused and unopened tools and materials.
